This notice explains what Larkmont Nutrition Group, Inc. does with personal information in connection with memozhoney.com. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive, and it describes the actual arrangement.
The short version
This portal runs no analytics, sets no advertising cookies and holds no card details. Payment and shipping are handled by the manufacturer's authorized checkout partner, which operates on its own systems. What reaches Larkmont is the order record it needs to fulfil, support and refund your order.
What is collected on this site
- Nothing is collected while you read these pages. There is no tracking script, no pixel and no third-party cookie.
- The contact form on this site opens your own mail application. It stores nothing here, and the message travels as ordinary email.
- Standard server logs, held by the hosting provider, record the IP address and page requested. They exist for security and are retained for a short period.
What is collected when you order
Checkout runs on the authorized fulfilment partner's system. It collects the name, shipping address, email address, telephone number and payment details needed to take payment and ship the parcel. Card details are handled by that partner and its payment processor. They are never transmitted to, stored by or visible to this portal.
What Larkmont receives is an order record: name, shipping address, email, telephone, the pack bought, the amount paid and the order number. That is the information the desk uses to answer questions, trace parcels and process refunds.
Why it is held
- To fulfil the order and deal with delivery problems.
- To answer support questions and verify batch enquiries.
- To process refunds under the 60-day guarantee.
- To meet accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.
How long it is kept
Order records are retained for seven years, which is what tax record-keeping requires. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Review submissions are retained while the review is published.
Who it is shared with
- The fulfilment and checkout partner, which needs it to ship and to take payment.
- Carriers, which receive the name and delivery address only.
- The accountant who prepares the company's filings.
- A public authority, where a valid legal demand requires it.
Personal information is never sold, rented or traded. It is not used to build advertising audiences and it is not shared with data brokers.
Marketing email
Ordering does not sign you up to a mailing list. Transactional messages, such as the order confirmation, the tracking notice and the bonus guide links, are part of the order itself. Any optional mail requires a separate opt-in and carries an unsubscribe link in every message.
Your choices
Write to support@memozhoney.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted where no legal retention requirement applies, or to obtain a copy. Requests are answered within thirty days. Deletion of an order record is limited by the seven-year accounting requirement described above.
Children
This product is for adults. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
Material changes to this notice are published on this page with a new review date. The current version is dated August 2026.
