Refund is issued
Once the parcel is received the refund goes back to the original payment method. Processing takes three to five business days at the desk and a further three to ten for your bank or card issuer to post it, so allow up to two weeks in total.

What "60 days" is counted from
The purchase date on your order confirmation, not the delivery date. If the parcel takes five days to arrive, you have 55 days of use inside the window, which is still comfortably more than the 30 the manufacturer asks for.
What counts as 30 days of use
One capsule a day for thirty days, which is one full bottle. The desk does not audit this. It is in the terms because the product is slow and a refund claimed on day four tells nobody anything.
Refund amount
The full price you paid for the bottles returned, at the pack rate. Shipping paid on a two-bottle order is not refunded, since that service was delivered. Return postage is yours.
