Delivery, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong
Orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern leave the Bangor desk the same business day. Typical delivery across the lower 48 states is three to six business days. Shipping is free on the three and six-bottle packs and charged at checkout on the two-bottle pack.

What happens, in order
Confirmation
An order confirmation arrives by email within a few minutes, carrying the order number you will need for anything else. If it has not appeared within an hour, check the spam folder before writing in, since confirmation mail is the most commonly filtered message we send.
Dispatch and tracking
A second email follows when the shipping label is created, with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement, which is normal and not a sign that anything is wrong.
The digital guides
On three and six-bottle packs the five guides arrive as download links in a separate email, at the same time as the confirmation. They do not wait for the parcel.
If tracking stalls
Give it two business days, since scans can lag. After that, email orders@memozhoney.com with the order number and the desk will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement goes out at no cost to you.
If the pack arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the bottles and email the desk within seven days of delivery. A replacement ships at no cost and there is no need to return the damaged pack.
Wrong address
Write in immediately. Before dispatch the address can be corrected. After dispatch it cannot, and the parcel has to complete its return to sender before a reship is possible, which adds one to two weeks.
